TOUR DESCRIPTION

Early in the morning, you will be picked up at 03.30 am from your hotel or accommodation and driven direct to Merapi basecamp to see sunrise. Merapi Jeep Sunrise Tour is a tour package considered the most interesting trip of Merapi jeep tour. You get short briefed on safety measures and given instructions on how route to operate the Jeep by a jeep driver. The Jeep ride starts at 4.30 AM from start point and continues to go down the area - pass the former area of extreme material lava from the Merapi Volcano. The tour takes visitors to pass through rugged terrain, lava fields, and small villages, giving them a unique and exhilarating adventure experience. Then the jeep driver carries you to stop and visit Bunker, Alien stone and museum.

Next destination, you will be taken to visit Borobudur temple, it takes about one hour to reach this place. Borobudur consists of three monuments: namely the Borobudur Temple and two smaller temples situated to the east on a straight axis to Borobudur. The two temples are Mendut Temple, whose depiction of Buddha is represented by a formidable monolith accompanied by two Bodhisattvas, and Pawon Temple, a smaller temple whose inner space does not reveal which deity might have been the object of worship. In Borobudur, you will be led by a local guide in a small group to explore the temple.

After an unforgettable memory in Borobudur, you will be dropped off hotel in Yogyakarta. End of service.

• 05.30 – 07.00 am Continue to explore Bunker kaliadem, allien stone, Meseum Merapi.
• 07.00 – 08.00 am Proceed to Borobudur temple
• 08.00 – 08.30 am Go to the entry box and scan ticket barcode
• 08.30 – 11.00 am Explore the buddhis temple
• 11.00 – 12.00 pm Have breakfast/lunch near temple own your own (optional).
